The company hosts a three-day STI University class to offer new dealers training and practical experience. The program includes theoretical classes covering product construction, installation, and marketing. A hands-on installation helps attendees gain practical knowledge of STI products, and participants also go on a tour of the manufacturing facility. The class is open to all new hires and costs $500 per attendee. This fee includes full hotel accommodations, an STI swag bag, and meals for two days.
